Hello,

I’m having exactly the same issue. Sometimes it works—I can’t tell under what circumstances—but sometimes it doesn’t. For one user, I asked her to enter the password from before the last change, and that worked.

This might be related: I have two domain controllers configured in my LDAP/Teampass setup. I tried using only one when a user couldn’t update their password, but that didn’t work either. The only solution that consistently works when this happens is to regenerate the user key.

Thank you. its good workaround.

Similar issue here on version 3.1.4.36 (updated from 3.1.4.35 .34 and so on): user has changed domain password, after having been asked to enter old and new password it get the red popup "user does not exist". I tried to delete and recreate the user (ldap user), he logs in, enters the one time token and password and gets red popup "enter valid credentials)
