Wrong filename displayed in Item attachments (sometimes)

When a file name (value.filename) is alphanumeric and its length is a multiple of 4, isBase64 will be true and the shown file name will be messed up

I have the same issue, if I download the file I have the right name. I don't know how to solve it.
