Teampass 3.1.1 Install issue

Steps to reproduce

1. Teampass 3.1.1 Installation

Expected behaviour

Teampass/install/install.php page, after the first click on "Start Button", should start initial check

Actual behaviour

Green checks doesn't appear on the list, the page is stuck, without showing errors and a little white popup appears on the lower right corner saying "Working on it..." (the gear is not moving).

Windows 2022 Server
