Google Authenticator code is wrong

we are facing issue with Teampass application and getting Google authenticator code is wrong (as shown below) after authentication is enabled/setup in mobile. image (5)

Recently we faced issue with google authenticator code which is not visible and as per attached solution, we have modified the code as per suggestion and code is being generated.
