Timeout problem with connectivity test

Steps to reproduce

  1. Use a firewall to block internet access
  2. Open the “information” administration page
  3. Enjoy the 60 seconds fsockopen timeout (Doc PHP)

Expected behaviour

Do not block page loading 60 seconds.

Actual behaviour

60 seconds wait. image
