Page reload itself after logging in

Performed Teampass Upgrade today to 3.1.1. After the upgrade, admin user logged in first and ran the tasks manually

1. Clean Orphan Objects
2. Purge Temporary files
3. Rebuild oncifguration files
4. Reload Cache table

After the user tried to login, first time identification text does not come up. But when did a failed login, it comes up next time. After successfully generating QR code, User is able to login , but the page keeps refreshing. (this is an existing user)

One other user, able to login but unable to see the password, When tried to run Generate new keys , it is unable to. After he careated a new test entry, got error "it seems your password has change and Teampass requires it to encrypt your master private key"

It becomes urgent to resolve teampass issues.

Expected behaviour

1. Page should come up and does not reload itself
2. Identification box should appear on very first time

Actual behaviour

1. Page reloading itself
2. Identification box should appear very first time
3. User able to run the process of "generate New Keys"

Server configuration

Operating system: RHEL 9.3

Web server: Apache/2.4.57

Database: MySQL 8

PHP version: PHP 8.1.23 (cli) (built: Sep 2 2023 07:32:20) (NTS)

Teampass version: 3.1.1

Teampass configuration file: :- attached

Updated from an older Teampass or fresh install: PLEASE attach to this issue the file /includes/config/tp.config.php.
