[BUG][CSS] When crouching, there is a problem with the third-person anim perspective for the character on the Android client.

Thank to the developers for everything they have brought us, but there is a small issue.

After my testing, this bug started appearing in the source engine 1.13 version and persisted until 1.17.26 (master branch). The previous source engine 1.12 version and CSS v1.04 Android version were normal, and this stage seems to be an attempt to support Android 64 bit. Is it possible that this bug will be fixed?
