Motion Sensor and Ambient Light Sensor Status Not Working in Home Assistant

I have the cync dimmer switch with motion and light sensor running on the latest firmware (neutral required). In home assistant the light switches can be turned on and off, and are dimmable. However, the ambient light sensors are stuck on "No Light", and the motion sensors are stuck on "Clear".
