Anubis is defined in meta.yml as dependency task, it needs httpd to be installed (which is done later in the copr-dist-git role). Either do this before the anubis role or...

Even with Anubis, the copr-dist-git machine is easily overloaded. It seems like even ~20 requests in a short period of time could overload the copr-dist-git machine. What to do against...
