Virtual vault

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It would be nice to have a physical currency that the play carries, but could then store it in a "Central" bank as to not have "too much" clutter

Describe the solution you'd like A virtual vault that would be accessed by deposit and withdraw commands. this could be a config option alongside the container boolean
