Support for WooCommerce

It'd be nice to offer out-of-the-box compatibility with WooCommerce. It can be incorporated in a fashion similar to the Google XML Sitemaps support - a separate class that is only included if we have WooCommerce installed.

It will then add all the necessary action/filter hooks to make sure that everything is working properly.

I haven't actually tried using MLWP with WooCommerce, so if anyone has any insight, that would be good - otherwise I'd have to test that setup.
