Improve Yes/No field

As per the suggestions posted at WP forum.

Reg your YES / NO block, I would like you to consider adding a YES / NO inside the button area. Like what you can see in this example: http://s01.geekpic.net/di-5TLSBI.png (taken from https://ico.org.uk/ [Cookie area]).

We need to improve the yes/no block to have text as well. Now this will be optional. And also for the text it can be inside or outside the toggle.

For the position of the text, we may create different styles.
