Time zone agnostic display

Sorry for clogging up with multiple PRs, I didn't work on a branch before. I've kept all my changes into one branch, so it allows for easy merge (and allows me to use my own changes that are not useful in general).

The time display did not account for half an hour offsets, I have changed the code to reflect that.
