Scan browsing web page against some web page blacklist

It should be possible to check if page that is loading before it loads is safe page. The page should be checked against either Google blacklisted API or against some other dangerous website blacklist. If there is an issue with the page, load page that says the page is blacklisted and potentially dangerous.
