behavior of box-shadow and inset

Bug reports:

(Related issue: #1848) In the rendering result when inset is specified for box-shadow, the colors may be reversed or the shape may be defective. Following is reproduce in CodePen. https://codepen.io/bills-appworks/pen/MWgvZyJ

If source HTML element at near in directly body element, mitigate behavior. In Codepen, "#html2canvas00" element and rendering result is last in body. "#html2canvas00" and "#html2canvas01" elements are same style attributes, but different rendering result.

Specifications:

• html2canvas version tested with: 1.0.0-rc3
• Browser & version: Google Chrome 76, Firefox 68, and other browsers.
• Operating system: Windows10
