Styling the "Send Feedback" button [feature-request]

I think it'd be useful to eventually have documentation or an adapter for styling the "Send Feedback" button that is displayed. This would allow feedback buttons like http://www.alexpeattie.com/projects/feedback_button/, for instance.

The Send Feedback button should be fully customizable through CSS, and the text of the button can be specified as an option (default "Send Feedback").
