Document how to flash the CPLD?

Love this board but i cant figure out how you flash the CPLD from the pi without a JTAG header. The pinout for the CPLD doesnt seem to match the standard xc3sprog build either. Some pointers would be nice (also put a jtag header on if there is a respin - sometimes the CPLDs come corrupted and need a real programmer to unlock).
