Audio configuration like Discord

Hello all,

something missing in mattermost is the audio chat like we can see on discord

can we use u plugin like the audio of discord, for sure, million of user will using it, no video just audio like discord do it.

create some channel audi, and talk on it id user want join the channel audio

I suggest to discuss features etc. here in the issues, we are interested in making this happen but don't want to exclude other voices from your community.

Top down priority list for us:

1. Being able to join an audio channel with one click inside mattermost
2. Seeing who is in that channel, also when I'm not in it (motivation to join for most people)
3. Muting myself
4. Allowing people to somehow join from mobile

Hello, I just saw this and had a few thought I would like to share

1. I think the user meant the ability to add multible voice channels and have them joinable individual like a groupchat but as static room.
2. Wouldn't it be possible to add a functionality to call a entire channel, the button for starting a video conference is there on every chat, but it seems like it just works via DMs. Maybe add
   1. A way to call the entire channel ( but silent so it doesn't ring and they can just join the voice if they like )
   2. Add a Regular voice button too and not just a Video Chat button, so you don't start as video chat
   3. Add the ability to select if a channel is Chat and Voice ( mixed ) or only Chat (or maybe even a call chat that actually does ring the members when someone starts a session)
3. What about leaving the voice chat? It looks for me like you can only mute it but not really leave it.
