Removing malicious and no longer in use links
Two of the links were just dead or going to domain parking pages, one of them popped up with a scammy alert.
@jonpike unfortunately AppScope seems to be inaccessible to me now too.
However: pwa.com - PWA Marketplace - seems working and contains seemingly useful apps (I confirmed that one for a pub in Toronto works on my phone) - the URL is: https://www.pwa.com

I've noticed that various about/terms-of-service/privacy hyperlinks on that domain seem to require login/auth. That may be a mistake, and isn't ideal; I've written an email to a contact address at the domain to ask about it.
