Is there a way to run this standalone to convert svg to synfig from terminal

I need to export font awesome svgs into sif files. Is there a way to convert svg to sif directly in a standalone case

PS: I have tried everything in https://wiki.synfig.org/Doc:Svg2synfig & none of the otehr options are working fine

Sorry, it looks like I missed the notifications for this issue. You can look at the svg2sif_compare script in this repo for an example of how to run the converter from the command line. Inkscape is still required because it provides crucial functionality for working with SVG files, but the command-line usage may be more suitable for automated/batch conversions.
