Problem installing(fixed) - Black screen w/audio - UN40H5203AF

Apache server is running properly and accessible from elsewhere on my network. widgetlist.xml is also configured correctly with my computer's IP. When I enter the IP into the TV and select User App Sync, it gives me the message "User App Sync Requested" but nothing happens. I can see the contents of widgetlist.xml when I look using the Smart TV web browser. I also tried downloading x.x.x.x/TwitchTV_3.3_America_20140820.zip through the web browser and received the message "Unable to Download." For some reason, I cannot download Apps from the Smart Hub either. It gives me the same "Unable to Download" message. I'm using the most recent Samsung firmware. Not sure what to do from here.

Reset the Smart Hub, didn't touch it for a while and it downloaded first try. The problem now is that the streams video won't load but I can hear the sound just fine. All I get is a black screen.

Tried changing the source settings but no dice. I tried a bunch of different streams to no avail. Any other ideas?

Have you installed the latest TV system update?

Yeah, the TV firmware is the latest version.
