【Feature request】game speed adjuster, real time

Android version: 5.1 **Description of the issue: Is it possible to add a button which can real time adjust a running game's speed ? the speed can be changed to 0.25X,0.5X,1.5X, 2X, 4X, and so on . If possible, it will be very exciting and helpful. ①We can quickly skip some nagging conversations or boring slow transition animations, which in many games are a waste of time,or we have seen several times before. ②The real time gamespeed adjuster is not the same as the “frameskip”, because the former can smoothly accelerate or slow down a game without framedrop. So when slows down, it can reduce the difficulty of some action games which are hard to operate on touchscreen. And when it accelerates, we can save our time if we just want to get through the game as soon as possible. I'm eager for this feather, what about you, everyone of java gamers？😎

that sounds good. some games have very low fps so this should help.
