Release new version for pip

I am using fedora39 in a virtual mashine which I am using to generate images with AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui. shis.server does not regenerate or add new content once it is started. Filesystem is btrfs.

This might be an edge case or not but I wanted to let you know as I don't know anything yet about the way filesystem events work and how you look for them. But in case you wan't this debugged, I can provide more information.
