Added labels to the description in the main panel

Addresses #22 to a degree. Labels (e.g. HEAD, origin/master) are displayed properly, but tags are not quite showing up correctly yet.

Should tags have a different visual appearance from labels?

Would be nice if the labels were displayed near the commits on graph. Could be an option
