Encoding conversion - ISO-8859-2 -> UTF-8

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I've tried to send to kindle article:

which has been sent but encoding is corrupted. It is probably related to page being encoded in ISO-8859-2.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be great if kindle-send would detect (or try) used encoding by checking HTML tag

Describe alternatives you've considered I think alternative here is just not send webpages other than UTF-8 to kindle
