Better way to discover new entries

Rather than date comparison this calculates a hash of the RSS object. Up to 100 entries are cached.

I'm sorry for being late to review your code. This PR is conflict with #14 and I think it better that caching only last published articles, for now. So I leave this PR as this state. My apologies.
