Request to add 16bit support similar to waifu2x-caffe 8bit input > 16bit processing > 16bit output 16bit input > 16bit processing > 16bit output

Optionally you could also add 8bit input > 16bit processing > dither to 8bit > 8bit output

In particular, denoising with Waifu2x in 16bit can yield superior results to processing entirely in 8bit, especially if you are only using Waifu2x as an intermediary step before further editing or processing.
