AMD Linux vkEnumeratePhysicalDevices failed -3

Running fails with:

vkEnumeratePhysicalDevices failed -3
invalid gpu device

I would assume this to be an issue with the mesa driver. I am on mesa 20.0.8 and cannot currently test a newer version.

Hi i have this same problem on Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 on Arch Linux

Little update: It worked fine on the same system using an Nvidia card instead of AMD.
