[bug] It remain WebKitWebProcess when surfer exit

when surfer exit , webkitwebprocess remained and takes lots of menory.

it has happened before. I warned about it . Notice that webkit is still not stable on linux. Now I use chrome - and on sway (wayland) it also crashes - but doesnt hogs cpu. btw - epiphany is switching to webkit2gtk4 . so probably gtk3 version comes to end (at some time). I dont have plans for it.
