[Enhancement] Add option to show second counter as well as AM/PM.

It would be fantastic to get the option to adjust the format similar to the options in the menu bar clock: HH:MM:SS AM/PM. Thanks for a great app!

Why just one second timezone? Couldn't this be made generic, so as to allow any reasonable number of timezones?
