Feature request: New SMS Command; Enable/Disable SMBs

Description:

Add a new SMS command to enable or disable SMBs via the existing SMS command system in AndroidAPS.

Background:

Currently, there is no way to remotely enable or disable SMBs. With the increasing use of automation in AAPS, SMBs can now be toggled based on context (e.g. activity, time of day, etc.). However, this introduces potential risks in remote care situations, especially if automation activates SMBs when they are not appropriate.

Use Case:

In parental or caregiver-managed setups, there is a need to override SMB settings remotely—for example, to disable SMBs during unexpected activity, illness, or if food intake is delayed. SMS is an important communication method. A manual SMS command would provide a quick and robust fallback when automation or local conditions require immediate change.

Proposed commands:

SMB ON SMB OFF SMB STATUS

Optional: confirmation SMS reply showing current SMB state.

Adding this command would improve safety and control in remote therapy management, especially where automation leads to unintended settings.
