Feature request : raise security limits for limited time

Would it be possible to have an option "Raise all security limits by x% for y hours" ? Case : you're sic and/or taking corticosteroids which raises A LOT your insulin needs (I can go up to 250% of my usual profile and still need more). With a big raise in profile, all securities kick in to stop the loop (max U/h, max IOB, max bolus etc). Actually, the user needs to find all the settings and change them one by one. Once the crises is over, user needs to remember what the settings were and set them back as before. A time limited raise would facilitate this difficulty and, as it will revert to the original settings by itself, the security will be back automatically.
