StateDB UI Improvement

Contrast between LGB mode and Closed Loop mode is too low in dark theme (difficult to see the difference between the 2 different greens). The constrast looks better in Light theme but it's possible it's just optical illusion... A dotted line in front of a dark background looks darker than the same plain color and looks lighter in front of a light background, so I think we should switch the 2 green colors in Dark mode (Darker for LGS mode and Lighter for closed loop).

Having LGS green color lighter than Closed loop mode is fine in light theme
