Upon confirmation of time zone change, received "Insulin delivery is suspended."

The story goes like this, not long ago I was traveling across time zones in Europe, and would receive a time zone change notification from AndroidAPS, as shown in the picture below.

After I clicked on SetTime, an Alert saying "Insulin delivery is suspended" would appear, as shown in the picture.

What I want to know is, does this notification actually indicate that my Dash Pod has stopped all insulin deliveries, as I see many contradictory pieces of information on the screen?
