Serves the js manifest file on Ruby 2.0.0 instead of compiling it

I just tried flipping an existing app from Ruby 1.9.3 to 2.0.0 and sprockets is failing to compile the manifest into js. I've been using padrino-sprockets on lots of projects for a while so this is a 2.0.0-specific problem.

Hi @stefl there have been now several huge improvements in the Padrino framework and of padrino-sprockets. Is it still failing for your case?
