Connection strings for the database

This project was designed mostly from 2010-2012. It was a personal project, that I needed to suspended and never quite got back to it. I would like to get back to this in an open source approach. The 'demo version' (a lesser version) builds but getting the connection string right is my issue currently. What should happen after that is the database is built from a few SQL scripts.
