UX enhancement for layout list

Context

As discussed in #60 , the way layouts are listed does not scale well.

As of now, it's a scroll of keyboard previews:

A list of text lines would be the most compact, but there is value in having a preview.

A compromise could be to split the screen in two parts:

• The list, with a text line per item, maybe a button for "show preview" when it's a multi-select list
• A preview at the bottom

the preview from the config screen could be reused for this purpose

Maybe an accordion? This would allow us to expand any layouts we wish to preview. The on/off toggle should fit in the accordion header. When everything is collapsed, it will look like a simple text list.
