Missing Turkish letter "I/ı" in Turkish layout

More details
Turkish letters "İ/i" and "I/ı" represent phonetically different sounds and therefore can not be used in place of each other. But only the letter "i" exists on the Turkish layout. I would recommend putting "I/ı" on top of "a" or right to "i". Both of these positions seems like they would be appropriate for the letter "ı". Thank you for building this keyboard.

Do you know which option MessagEase takes?
I don't want to block the entire problem on that, but I'd also like to align with peoples' existing muscle memory where possible.
I never used MessagEase before so I wouldn't know.
I found this url and they put the letter on upper left corner of R. https://www.exideas.com/ME/keyboardPix/keyboardTurkish.png
