Make the bottom, top, left, and right margins configurable separately
Context
The keyboard margin option is nice, but I'd like to be able to bump up the location of the keyboard a bit more by adding more bottom margin.

This would probably be very helpful for people who, like me, like to have the phone set up to use swipe gestures from the bottom screen edge for os-functions like app-switching, back, homescreen. Often when typing I accidentally trigger those (which in some apps leads to the deletion of the entire text I had already typed).
@Raoul-Kima as of 28bd8bc6a76eaca8792b501275f18b14d25f6f9e, FlickBoard has a setting in the Layout section called "Keyboard bottom margin (portrait)" that lets you bump the keyboard up in portrait mode! This should solve both you and my use case. It'll be out in the next release (0.1.8).
Closing this because "Keyboard bottom margin (portrait)" works for my use case.
