CTRL-E rebound on MacOS/Safari by emote menu

At some point it seems "CTRL-E", the macOS/Emacs shortcut for going to the end of line has been rebound by BTTV's emote menu. I've disabled the emote menu option and that seems to unbind CTRL-E but it would be nice if there were an option to just disable the conflicting keyboard shortcut or bind my own.
