Add back the ability to have your chat highlighted with /me text

I realize this will be only visible to others with the BTTV extension, but it would be nice to have that option to enable it again while also keeping the italicized text.

Action: /me I'm a bot and this is a bot message

Expected: I'm a bot and this is a bot message (in color of username since markdown doesn't support color)

Current Result (With the twitch change today): I'm a bot and this is a bot message (no special color anymore)

Because this only affects you seeing messages, it doesn't really serve much of a purpose to re-add this (as other people, for the most part, will not see messages this way). Given it's low traction it feels like this may add additional bloat if we did add it.
