Moved to a different drive, won't open .nifs anymore

I'm sorry if this isn't a nifskope error exactly. I'm on Windows 11, I upgraded my SSD and moved the nifskope folder to my new drive. Now when I double click a .nif windows 11 has it set to open with nifskope as default. However, the icon is not using the correct image and it doesn't ever open the file, it just keeps asking what program I want to use to open the .nif.

I was hoping I could do an uninstall and reinstall to fix this issue, but there is no uninstall option. I deleted the folder and redownloaded and extracted and tried to set the default to another program then reset to nifskope and I cannot resolve the issue. I'd greatly appreciate some help, thank you!
