Select Coordinate Set: Duplicate Selected Doesn't work!

Hi, I'm currently working on texturing a model and I wanted to add a blinking decal to the eye. However when following this tutorial, using an older version of Nifskope: https://vimeo.com/53874650 I noticed that I don't have any Coordinate Sets for some reason and clicking Duplicate Selected doesn't do anything! Took a short video to show you what I mean: https://youtu.be/jbr_eLBZbj4 I am using the latest version of Nifskope.
