Instructions not clear

As title states, the instructions aren't clear.

There is no file in directory called "installer". There is no file in directory called "NifPlugins.dlu".

Same here. How to install correctly the plugin in 3ds Max? Is there a version of 3ds max is recommended or is working better with the niftools nif plugin? Thank you.
