enabling "Enforce SuList" on Magisk Delta locks my phone

i'm on alioth LineageOS 20 (android 13)

when both "Enforce SuList" on Magisk Delta and this module are enabled, my phone is just blank after boot. all i can do is long press power button, and three options appear:

• "Lockdown", i don't know what this button does, probably just a message to tell user that "you are screwed"
• "Poweroff"
• "Restart"

the way i get out that situation is long pressing "Restart" button and get prompted to enable safe mode. tap 'yes' to get into safe mode, and restart again to get to normal boot. you'll find all modules are disabled and the "Enforce SuList" disabled too. you probably need to enable "Bootloop Protection" before all this in Magisk Delta,

so please investigate this issue and fix it, in the meantime inform the user to not enable "Enforce SuList" on Magisk , because it was pain in the ass for me.
