OS: macOS 10.12.4 Terminal: iTerm 3.0.15 + tmux 2.3 Python: 2.7.13

Rarely, it starts correctly ...

... but it always starts or ends up like this after 1-2 iterations

Must be a problem with the hsandbox runner python code or environment because manual tmux split windows work fine with other processes.

Fixed in #15. This needs to be merged ASAP.

I have the latest changes from master and am still experiencing this problem.
