OpenTCS is a separate software package. It is available from: https://www.opentcs.org/en/index.html This repo is a bridge between OpenTCS and ROS 2. With the bridge you can send messages between OpenTCS and ROS 2. As far as I know there is currently not a web interface for OpenTCS. It runs as a stand alone Java application. However, to be sure, you can contact the developers from OpenTCS as described on: https://www.opentcs.org/en/contact.html
