Bring Gradle, Kotlin and Ktor up-to-date again, including other dependencies.

Can you rebase your changes on master so that the new GitHub action is executed against your PR?

@rogierbom1 are you able to make changes to allow this to be merged? I'm not sure if it's possible then to start publishing this to mavenCentral?
