jcenter issues

Latest version of this library uses Ktor 1.3.2 which it's getting from jcenter (with all the associated issues that's causing these days). I realise this isn't being maintained but just in case anyone is planning on updating dependencies?

I think https://github.com/nielsfalk/ktor-swagger/pull/59 should go a long way towards this.
