Expose current state of conditions

Proposal

I think it would be useful to expose if the conditions are met or not somehow, maybe in the primary/secondary information fields.

Currently the card does a great job of showing when schedules are disabled, but it doesn't appear to be possible to see if a schedule is "running" or if the conditions are failing and so the actions are being skipped.

Additional info

Maybe a variable that could be used in primary/secondary information such as {status} which had the values active suspended and disabled or something along those lines.
